Apartamentos Martha'S - Palma Nova (Mallorca)

The staff provided excellent assistance for our needs.

Location is perfect, nice and quiet.

We found Martha's excellent value for the money. Rooms were clean and very spaceous.

For the money spent I find hardly anything to complain about. Coud be that on a high season the sound insulation might not be enough... Maybe next time we will pick a hotel where rooms are cleaned every day since we travel with our baby girl and more mess is made than usual. At Martha's the room was cleaned only twise.

The flickering bathroom light was reported but never fixed, and the WiFi connection was little more than a tease. Please address these issues for a better stay experience!!!

Overall excellent value for money.Staff friendly and helpful.Well equipped kitchen.Good location in a very nice area,10 minutes walk to main beach,close to shops and supermaket.

Beds are small and hard,but this appears to be typical for 3-star accommodation of this type.Swimming pool is small but probably in keeping with size of establishment.Boasts of having satellite tv,but only 2 English language channels available,namely cnn and Eurosport.Sky tv is not available.

The room was clean and a great size too with lots of space in the bedrooms and living area. The location was perfect - off the beaten track but a short walk would take you to the beach front and restaurants in palma nova. We moved to this apartment from Magaluf where we stayed in very poor quality accomodation so Apartmentos Marthas was a welcome relief! Nice and quiet with a small pool - but no music blaring all the time!

Would be nice if there was more variety of snacks at the bar.

The apartment was spacious with a lovely terrace to unwind. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from beautiful beaches and cozy bars, exceeding our expectations during our previous visit to palma nova.

Shower leaks so water goes all over bathroom floor after each shower.

The pool and people at the hotel were fine.

The beds were poor. After an hour or so, the beds developed a deep bow that made sleeping quite uncomfortable. They need new beds!

The pool was never crowded, and we really enjoyed the nearby beach. It was handy to have a supermarket just a minute's walk away. The staff were super cute and helped us with everything. Had a blast using the outdoor sports facilities and relaxing in the garden.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning , made the nights a bit uncomfortable, especially during the summer heat.

The location was excellent, close to bus stops and shops including a supermarket. Because most of the properties nearby are residential it is a quiet area but there are bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the centre of Palma Nova is only 10 minutes walk away as well.The apartment is basic but had everything we needed, including a big fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave .

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and there was not much choice of TV programmes in English.

its location within easy walking distance of palmanova beach was fantastic and amazing. the area was lovely quiet just next door to restaurants including a chinese restaurant which served lovely food, supermarket, and a lovely beach.

Loved the large terrace for relaxing evenings! The nearby supermarket was super convenient, and we truly enjoyed the quiet pool area. Just a bit warm at night without AC. 😅

Clean and friendly staff. The apartment was spacious with a nice pool view, but the minimal kitchen setup posed some limitations, especially with only one power socket for appliances. A great supermarket was conveniently located just a couple of minutes away. Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was quite inconsistent, which impacted our overall experience.

The wi fi signal I found was too poor for me to connect, yet other guests had no trouble. On the other hand I was able to connect without any trouble in the McDonalds in Palmanova. There is an inner courtyard in which the trees are populated by many small birds. The sound of their dawn chorus seemed to be amplified by the surrounding walls and woke me very early the first morning but closing the inner bedroom door shut out most of their noise
